Regional and well established financial institution (ranked top 100 U.S. banks) with deep Texas roots, located in the Permian Basin is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer.  The institution has the financial ability for loans of any size–whether Commercial Loan (including agriculture), Mortgage in-house and secondary market, Brokerage services, Online & Mobile banking, Investment Services, Retail Brokerage Services, Cash Management, and more…

As the Commercial Loan Officer you will not be hindered by “territories”–loans can be attained from any area within the bank’s footprint.   Your role will be to originate and manage your own loan portfolio, with estimated 75% of your time offsite prospecting, entertaining, etc.  You will also participate in the monthly Community Advisory Board at the bank to source leads.

This West Texas community has a reasonable cost of living, low crime rate, private and public schools, as well as colleges and universities.

The Desirable Candidate will Have:

  • Expertise in Commercial lending
  • At least 5 years as a commercial loan officer

Our client, a financial institution in the Coastal Bend has an opportunity for a Card Reconciliation and ACH Manager.  Qualified individual will provide leadership and daily management to the Card, Reconciliation, and ACH team ensuring that all activities are completed in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.  Responsible for the department’s process improvement efforts, budget, efficiency, risk awareness, and establishment of a service culture. Will implement strategies and tactics to achieve goals as outlined by the bank’s strategic plan.  Responsible for effective management of all risks associated with department.  Degree strongly preferred.  Salary $80K- $100K DOE full benefit package.

Large, well-established, community bank seeking seasoned Senior Credit Risk Manager

  • Ideal candidates have experience with appraisal reviews
  • Must have at least 5-10 years in credit analysis and monitoring in a banking institution
  • Strong plus:  experience with construction loan docs, appraisal reviews, and home loan comparisons in real estate deals
  • Familiarity with lending practices strongly preferred, however this is not a sales or lending position

Essential Requirements

  • Analyze project, facilitate definition of project scope, goals, success criteria and deliverables
  • Develop and distribute project timeline with project leadership
  • Assign tasks to appropriate team members, monitor execution of quality work, ensure accountability
  • Provide regular communication of project goals, action items, decision points to keep leadership apprised of progress against key deadlines
  • Schedule and lead team meetings, providing clear goals, meeting notes and next steps
  • Proactively identify risks, resolutions steps and escalation needs
  • Identify and resolve any project activity or conditions which would affect project cost, scope, timing or safety
  • Prepare progress presentations, inclusive of risk management plans

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or manufacturing
  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience demonstrating management of progressively more complex projects and initiatives
  • PMP/PMI preferred.
  • Understanding of packaging, product development, process development and implementation
  • Proven leadership in project management demonstrating flexibility, creative problem solving, conflict resolution and positive results
  • Solid organizational skills including strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
