Essential Requirements

  • Analyze project, facilitate definition of project scope, goals, success criteria and deliverables

Construction QA/QC Manager – Corpus Christi

Essential Requirements

  • CQM Certification required
  • Implement and maintain systems and programs necessary to accurately document the quality control process for ongoing construction work
  • Verify work is performed in accordance with construction specifications and contract requirements
  • Prepare and issue reports to document quality control related activities including but not limited: to testing performed, verifications, and any noted deficiencies and/or corrective actions (including required follow-up requirements)
  • Issuance and tracking of all non-conformance reports and review and approval of associated corrective actions
  • Generation and preparation of responses to client identified deficiencies and coordination of responses through approval
  • Tracking project quality records in accordance with company and project procedures
  • Update and maintain the Quality Control Plan as needed
  • Timely planning, coordination completion, and documentation of the three-phase inspection process defined in the Quality Control Plan

Essential Requirements

  • Proficient understanding of OSHA requirements applicable to various projects
  • Frequent communication with Project Manager to provide technical guidance, and to ensure consistent implementation of the HSE process
  • Development of Job Hazard Analyses and monitor construction management teams
  • Partner and build trust to establish working relationships with operations, contractors and field staff
  • Implement and revise site-specific HSE plan, including the need to provide HSE training and orientation
  • Perform HSE audits and inspections
  • Ensure mandatory training requirements are consistently met, and develop project specific requirements
  • Conduct HSE training for staff and project personnel where deemed necessary and appropriate

  • Execute independent decisions and perform a full range of administrative services, including preparing expense reports, scheduling meetings, managing and extending invitations, and arranging logistics

  • Simulate gas and liquid processes on various process simulators, including HYSYS, VMG Sim, and PIPESYS
