The Wilson Group was founded in 1981 by Anne Wilson. She graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&I University, and has been given the distinction of being included in the listing of Who's Who of American Women.
Wilma Grupe joined The Wilson Group as General Manager and Shareholder. She honed her leadership skills as a past President of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC) and the South Texas Association of Personnel Consultants.
